A worked example
Say your free spins land £12 in winnings. With 0× wagering, that £12 is cash in your balance straight away: once your account is verified and you are above the £10 withdrawal minimum, you can request it.
Put the same £12 under a 35× wagering requirement and the picture changes completely. You would need to stake £420 in total before any of it could be withdrawn, and at £1 a spin that is 420 spins with your own luck deciding what survives.
